Draw for Mindfulness Afternoon - Friday 13th Sept

12th September 2019

Draw for Mindfulness’

At Harrington Hill Primary Schoool

Friday 13th September

2.30pm – 3.30pm

Dear Parents and Carers,

Due to the huge success of last year’s community drawing afternoon, we are delighted to announce that all children from Nursery to Year 6 will take part in this year’s drawing event on Friday 13th September.

The focus this year will be drawing to celebrate how beneficial art and creativity can be for your mental health and well being. Art can link to living a healthier, happier life and this event will bring together our community to all draw together for mindfulness.

We would love as many parents and carers as possible to come into school at 2.30pm and take part in this event with their children. Parents and carers who are able to take part need to collect their child(ren) from their class(es) and meet Miss West and Miss Begum, our Art Leaders, in the playground.

All children, who remain in their classrooms as their parents or carers are not able to attend, will take part in this exciting art event with their classmates and teachers.

We are confident this event will be a huge success. Artwork produced will be displayed around the school.

 Many Thanks,

Kirstie Barrett
